Q: How long should I preheat the gas oven and why is preheating important?
A: Preheat for 10–15 minutes (varies by model). It ensures even temperature inside, leading to consistent baking results (e.g., crispy crusts, properly risen cakes).
Q:The gas stove flame is yellow instead of blue, Is this a problem?
A: Yes. A yellow flame means incomplete combustion (likely due to air intake blockage or gas pressure issues). Solution: Clean the burner’s air vents, or contact a technician to check gas pressure and adjust the air shutter.
Adjust the heat level according to cooking requirements by turning the knob of the corresponding burner. Turn it clockwise to reduce the heat and counter - clockwise to increase it.
After Use: After cooking, turn the knob back to the off position and close the gas valve.
